Working alongside our partners, we tackle real-world problems by leveraging the knowledge and expertise of our faculty and students. From investigating the importance of community identity through urban art to rethinking how we approach sustainability, our scholars can help your organization make positive change in the community. Your organization can partner with our faculty on research that creates positive change in the world. In the past, our community partners have worked with faculty on research that ranges from determining the economic feasibility of implementing sustainable technology to using predictive modeling to control the spread of chronic wasting disease in deer.
Internships
Students in the College of Arts & Sciences are equipped with the practical skills and academic knowledge they need to take on a diverse array of projects in the modern workplace. Students have interned with organizations such as Delta Airlines, Medtronic, Target, Merrill Lynch, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and more.
