I enjoy teaching a wide range of literature and guiding students through their journey as writers. My professional career began in the secondary classroom, where I taught all levels of high school English, as well as introductory courses in the Theater Arts. After completing my master's degree here at St. Thomas, I began teaching at the tertiary level and pursuing research through independent scholarship. In the fall of 2020, I began my PhD studies at the University of Minnesota. Learn more about my publications, awards, and research at my Humanities Commons page.
